Rent an apartment in the Ploner timeshare condominium

Owners of the apartments have the option to lease out their right to enjoy their accommodation directly and exclusively. The types available are: Apartment TYPE A: 4/5 beds; Apartments TYPE B: 6/8 beds. The residential complex is comprised of 5 buildings that contain a total of 147 apartments, for a total of 721 lodgings.

All of the residential units are studios equipped with a kitchen area with sink, refrigerator and electric stove, plus bathroom with shower, telephone and colour TV. (Click on the photo to see some examples of residential units.)

The daily rental rate for an apartment ranges from €50 to €120 euro, depending on its typology and the time of year. 

Purchase a stake in the ownership of an apartment at the timeshare Ploner Condominium

There is the option for everyone to become owners of one or more timeshare quotas of the Ploner Condominium, which is situated in a particularly beautiful environment just beyond Cortina (see where we are). There are, in fact, quotas for properties available throughout various periods of the year. The types available are: Apartment TYPE A: 4/5 beds; Apartments TYPE B: 6/8 beds. The residential complex is comprised of 5 buildings containing a total of 147 apartments.

All residential units are studios equipped with a kitchen space with sink, refrigerator and electric stove, bathroom with shower, telephone and colour TV.

For each timeshare quota, there is foreseen a range of utilisation, being three ten-day blocks per year. These ranges are differentiated by four contrasting colours (BLUE - GREEN - RED - YELLOW) as per the attached table.
